Static preservation edition

Concept maps help people get onto the same page so action can occur more quickly.

Map.CLOH.org was created as a visual thinking scrapbook: part notebook, part gallery, part coaching lab, part civic imagination tool. The WordPress machinery can rest. The maps and ideas can remain public.

Perspectives matter.

What we see depends on what we look for. The site began with the simple claim that visual maps can help people share scope, relationships, assumptions, and possible action.

Maps are meeting tools.

The aquatics map was used as an ice-breaker for initial meetings: a way to show that “aquatics” is bigger than a pool, a sport, or one program.

Graphics carry memory.

This static edition keeps the illustrations at the center because the maps are not decoration. They are the thought process.

A scrapbook for visual thinkers

This site gathers maps about aquatics, learning, civic life, coaching, focus, leadership, play, technology, and community. Some notes are polished. Some are raw. That mixture is the point. Concept maps make room for unfinished connections.

The curated static site is intentionally smaller than WordPress. It points visitors to the signal, not to every plugin file, cache folder, or database artifact.
