Hi All,
I recently ran a debrief with my Board of Directors to try to learn what we could from the past 6 months and carry those lessons into our 2021 and beyond planning. I created the attached PPT to guide the conversation and asked my members to think about responses to the questions on Slide 1 before we met. We aimed to answer the questions considering Process, Communication, People and Programs. I also asked them to poll our sub-committees to collect any specific lessons learned for their group, which we captured on Slide 2. Feel free to use this if you think it would be helpful for your organization.
